3 days later and pizza still not collected

We have purchased pizzas on the 14th March 2016 at 17:59. I got home at 8pm and had one bite of the pizza. Seriously something wrong with the food we contacted the store. Manager not available. Fine contacted the help line and the poor Daniel whom tried to assist me also got no feedback from store or could reach the manager. So now I would like some one to contact me as I'm tired of calling and getting no customer feedback regarding my money/pizzas I have lost so far.
