What am I paying for?

<p>We phoned to book a collection on Friday night 23/09/2016 just after 21:00, only to get told there is no drivers available and S******s Angels cant help us. As I am a member and I am paying a monthly subscription fee I am very dissapointed and cant really see how its my problem that there is no drivers availble as my debit order goes off every month? I would like to know why am i being charged a monthly subcription fee and for what?</p>
