NO RESPONSE

A month ago I sent and email requesting that they cancel my account with them. <br> To this day I have not received any response. They do however keep sending me billing emails.<br> <br> I don't mind paying the amount owed for last month but I don't and haven't used their services since I signed up.... so I don't need to keep an account with them. All i want is to cancel my account with them. But they are not responding to any of my emails requesting this..
