Bad service and communication

Hi my name is Jason and this is the service I received from Scooter Spares Online, on 13 November 2024 requested a quotation on a starter clutch and a manifold plus shipping for a ATV, had no response from online services, could not place a call as I'm situated in Mozambique, when back online and got a WhatsApp number, 10 December 2024, sent my parts required from there online website link on WhatsApp and only got a reply of (yes we do have), then requested a quote to Courier Guy Manguzi for shipping, whit a reply of only the amount, then again requested a quote to be sent via email but received on WhatsApp,(no stress on that) ask a basic question on brand make of the part and reply was (all comes from one place Taiwan) fine so I did the payment(paid and clear), reply was please send me an address, so gave the address in detail as (Courier Guy Manguzi) is to difficult to type in to get full details, GOT NO REPLY OF PAYMENT RECEIVED ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL I ASKED ON SATURDAY, (14 December 2024) 4 days after payment, so my items was shipped on the 11 December 2024 to Manguzi (whit no detail of how is collecting name number reverence what so ever, my parcel was lost for 6 day hade to trace it and fine it while its parts for my only transport and I'm a below knee amputee, then the starter clutch is not what they advertise on the website and link. (please note the person that handling WhatsApp) not the company.
