Worst service from scoot

We ordered McDonald's using Scoot. The delivery time was 19h04. At 19h35 it was still being prepared. By this time my daughter was getting hungry. A few minutes later we get an sms to say that our order has been cancelled as the store was offline. Why take the order and the money in the first place? Please refund my money immediately...
