WORST EXPERIENCE !

WORST EXPERIENCE ! Every single time we have gone to our McDonalds we have ordered, paid and received our food within 10minutes no matter how busy it is! We ordered off this website at 17.53pm. Estimated time of delivery was 18.34pm. Our food left Macdonalds at 18.21pm (it is 2.9km from our house) The food arrived at 18.58. It was late and cold. I then emailed the customer support service who emailed me back 4 days later only to ask if we had received our order. They stated they wanted to ensure they get this matter resolved as they take this very seriously. I still have not heard back from them even though I have rep**** 3 times. Will NEVER use or recommend this service to anyone.
