Worst delivery service experience

Placed an order at 16:10 and an hour later it still says placed . McDonald’s is not picking up my calls nor does the customer care service work on the app . It keeps glitching and says “please wait while I get the details” over and over . Have no hope that my order will come and it was pre-paid
