Worst delivery service ever!

Worst delivery service ever! I will be deleting the app after tonight. I placed our order at 18.03 and estimated delivery was 18.44. At 19:10 I queried the delivery on the app chat and was told the driver was still waiting as the store was busy. Funny enough the pick slip showed order processed 18.29. The driver eventually arrived at 19:58. Needless to say the food was ice cold and bags soaking wet and torn open. Soggy chips and wet burger boxes from the spilled drinks. Both our drinks were flat as well. Food was ineadable, not even my dog was intrested.
