Useless Pathetic Company

I place a order at around 11:00 today. The app said ETA around 14:48 At 11:35 the order updated to undelivered. No one tried to contact me to let me know they are here or even asked the security at our door to take the order. when communicating with the via the chat box (because a big business like them do not even have a telephone) they just say I should have looked on the tracking system where the driver is and that i should order and pay again.

I will never make use of this place again and I will go out of may way to name and shame the useless place.
