Unreliable

I order at 13h03 and around 14h30 they told me my order it's on it's way i waited at a gate an hour after i received a message that they can't reach me so they can't delivery but the was no miss call or a message,scoot is not realible I'll never ever order from them now i want my money back order# Id: #031642
