*****s, ******** and *****. I would rather starve

i will never ever order from these ********. I place my order 3 hours later no delivery. I got the order cancelled theyy advised me 4 working days money will be refunded to me but its been now over 13 working days and nothing. Every time i speak to them on their robot chat they tell me you have never ordered from us before and then i send them screen shots and all. Still after all of this they advise me they still cant find no order and cant help.
