Terrible service - order status was "delivered" but we did not get it

We have made an order at 16:13 and the delivery ETA was for 16:55. We have been waiting for our order for over an hour ever since (we're still waiting by the way, even after communicating with an agent called Chinel). The status was changed to "delivered" but the order is still not delivered.
