Terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Place my order, was suppose to receive it within 35-45 min. An hour later the tracking device still hasn't moved. When I figured out how to chat to a person and not the automated response...they advised me that the driver just informed them he had a puncture. Immediately I knew they were lying. Who takes an hour te report a puncture? They also couldn't help me with another driver as they had none available....isn't that the only service you provide??? But you don't have drivers.... ???
