Terrible food and service

I ordered the buy one get one free Promotion and only received one order, but paid for two. Ordered the FIRSTTIME Promotion, complained and was then told the Promotion ended and they can't do anything about it.... First of all that's false advertising. Here's the adverti*****t. Add one meal to your cart, insert the code FIRSTTIME at checkout and we'll add another meal for FREE. 1 discounted item per cart. Minimum spend is R25. Any meal customisations will be added to the cart total. Valid from 19.04.21 to 30.06.21 or while stocks last. T&C's apply." I PAID R75.00 for one explain this? One cold burger, old chips and a Cappuccino? The food was absolutely discussing, the chips were so old, I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs, I also said no garnish because I am allergic to gerkins and guess what, they put it on my burger... Ordered food that wasn't even edible. Thanks for your horrible service and terrible food! I won't be using this service again! Very disappointed.
