Terrible disgusting service

I placed an order for McD on the scoot website and the driver called to say he was outside and 2 minutes later when I went outside he was not there. I called the driver multiple time and he did not answer. Finally after the 10th time calling the driver he said he would return the food to the McD store. I then called McD and they told me that the driver is known for not delivering food. When I called the driver after what McD told me he said he will not bring my food. I am yet to get feedback from scoot who has a terrible support platform. I want food or my money back for the deceit and theft.
