after waiting up till 20 minutes before ETA ( 30 mins after order) i started a chat with the "agent" who was none existent and the interface didnt give me any options of restarting the chat, or rather, a working option. drove to the store, no order there for scoot. furious in line, got the order myself AGAIN ( and PAID AGAIN) , got a cheeky email saying sorry order cancelled after 2 hours. their interface SUCKS! its glitchy and theres no real app , so notifications WHEN the operators come online is bare minimum ( who tf checks their email for an instant chat notification)
