Shortchanged by Scoot

We ordered 3 big Macs, 1 medium & 1 regular fries and 3 sodas. Got 2 Big Macs, 2 regular fries & 2 sodas. They have a **** support section on their website that says; "say hi to one of our friendly agents", but no one replies. What a letdown for a first try, but it is our last. A useless delivery service.
