Placed an order on scoot on 08 June 2021. Got an sms to say the driver arrived but on the tracking system I can see that the driver is not even close to my location. I start a chat with the agent Zaynab, who also tells me that the driver arrived. I go searching the streets for the driver but no sign of anyone. Then I get the sms "So sorry we missed you, but we couldn't reach you. No one even called to confirm my location or location of driver. The ***est delivery service every!!!!
