Scoot.co.za taking money after online order was cancelled

I would like to thank scoot.co.za for there poor service and on top of that *****s customers money they pay for orders that is being cancelled then they promise to get back to customers for a tefund bit never did the reference that was send was #50096 its now 16:38 on 2021/01/26 and nobody contacted us yet for refund of our money.

Its a disgrace since ig was the first time we used you NEVER EVER AGAIN !!
