Scoot.co.za bad experience/Poor customer service

First time ordering with scoot the promo codes were not working. Second time ordering with scoot I waited forever to a point were I had to cancel my order.

I have been waiting for my refund for a very long time now and I have been trying to communicate with them to follow up and no one is replying to my emails or on their website. I just want my refund and I will deactivate the account and leave them in peace with the customers that they think deserves their best of their service.
