Scoot takes money from people's accounts but don't deliver.

I placed an order with McDonald's via scoot earlier today but my food was not delivered twice, they sent me the first sms saying that the driver is on his way and that's when I immediately walked outside to wait for the driver and that's when they sent me an sms saying that the driver has arrived but he was nowhere to be seen. Few minutes later they sent me another sms saying I missed my order and when I tried to query this I was ignored, I then walked to The Zone McDonald's only to find that they are not opened today. I am very disgusted by the whole experience especially because they took money from my account.
