Scoot might be more useless than government

If only there was a zero or negative rating... Yesterday i ordered food on their website, Got an ETA after payment went through The food arrived 90 minutes later, however it was not the food i had ordered, the delivery guy shouted at me that it was my order, although he brought coke instead of milkshake and chicken burgers instead of chilli cheese burgers,

I tried contacting them for two hours, and got zero feedback at all from them. it is the following day now, and still havent received any food or explanation.
