Highly and Extremely Disappoint in the service of this company.

ordered the first time in November 2020 and my meal came almost an hour later.

contacted support and was promised a refund. Still waiting!

Placed another order 02 December 2020 Guess what order late again. And to top it off the burger bun had a hole in it like it was grabbed and squashed. Contacted Support was promise a refund. Guess what... Still waiting. I honestly dont know if you are part of McDonalds Franchise but your service sucks!
