Scoot Late Delivery and No Customer Support/Feedback

ETA given on my order of 55min, and order arrived after 1h30 at my place. I had to call the McDonalds in my area to follow up on my order as the scoot chat system said i would need to wait 52min before a contact agent would be able to assist. My order status stayed in limbo for 1 hour

I hope that those of you who are considering using the platform look for an alternative option as service is definitely not top of mind with Scoot.
