Scoot is the worst, Rosebank McDonalds too!

Ordered foot at 10:30. Started messaging at 11:30 after the ETA. Chat useless, no meaningful response from a bot. Called the McDonalds helpline (very nice guy). He got the Rosebank store to call me, assured that the order had been sent 10 min ago (about 12:00) I live 6 min from store. Called store back at 12:20, spoke with Phathu Thsise the Rosebank store restaurant administrator. She said she would not resend my order "for free". She was rude and unhelpful even after I explained I that even if the food did arrive 30min later it would not be edible. Food arrived at 12:30, cold shrunken chips, could not eat it.
