Scoot is pathetic.

I ordered food from Scoot and right at the delivery ETA, I got a call from one of their call agents who told me that my order was delayed and that she'll try to get another driver to get my order to me. Long story short, an hour and a half later, my food wasn't delivered and I couldn't call their landline back as it redirects me to thdir app. As I was about to give up, I got yet another call from their call center agent and she said the best they can do is deliver my food the following day. When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days to process.

To best describe Scoot service in one word: PATHETIC!!!
