Scoot is a Waste of time and money

So I placed an order with scoot 17:15. When my order arrives 18:38 the food was soaking wet as the cool drinks leaked onto the food and I was not willing to accept it. Tried contacting scoot directly but no answer and even on the support chats they only responded later on by telling me they will redeliver my food giving me a new order number. So I called mcdz an hour later and a guy named Aron told me that scoot has not sent a driver to deliver the food yet and he provided me with a direct contact number to scoot which wasn't realy helpful but atleast he tried to assist which is more than what I can say about scoot . At 21:05 I get an sms saying my order has been cancelled. Until now they have not been in contact with me even though I have requested a refund.
