Scoot is a ****. I ordered breakfast yesterday and the driver didn't deliver. Someone in their chat advised that my order will be delivered today and I asked that it be delivered at 9. I was called just after 8:30 to confirm if my order should still be delivered, I confirmed but until now, my order is still not here. I called their support line on *** there was a voice recording that said I can get assistance from the chat on theor app yet the robot doesn't respond. My messages are just being ignored. My money was debited from my account.
