scoot is a damn ****!!!! dont ever order from them they will take ur money and u wont even get the food

They take my money, place the order, I tell the guy i am on the 12th floor in a building, he comes and says he is not coming up, and cuts the call, i call him back and he acts like he cant hear me, then i send a colleague down to meet him, and his gone, and then his phone goes straight to voicemail. now i see i wont get my money back nor the food. what ****en operation is this, a blady **** if you ask me.
