Scoot delivery- McDonald's worst service ever

Don't order from them definitely not worth the effort, today I placed an order paid for order and then noticed there was no order confirmation yet the payment went through when I contacted them they said it was a technical issue they will refund me and I responded in saying I don't want a refund just want my delivery I was then advised to order again but that doesn't even make sense as I already paid for the order , guess they wanted to double **** me into paying twice with no intention of actually delivering. This was the first time using their site and this is the level of service I received, clearly they customer care is non existent
