Scoot delivery for Macdonalds

Scoot delivery is a very bad service delivery, I have placed my order on the Macdonlad's app and sent someone else to pick it up at store from driver. The driver was there with my order and not even after 5 minutes left with my order saying that he waited there . Went back to Macdonald Montague Gardens and spoke to the Manager he told me he has nothing to do with the delivery meanwhile they on their app. The manager told me they throw away the order after 10 minutes but called back the driver John Mangwa Munambira and he said that he gave the order to a homeless person.
