SCOOT BE GONE

the ****piest service I've ever received from a delivery service. scoot delivery from mc Donalds Berea. had me waiting for an hour for my food PLUS delivered the completely wrong order! I paid for quarter pounder burgers and got cheese burgers instead which is not even close to the price of a quarter pounder. on top og that u cannot get hold of their call centre by telephone, u have to live chat througj the app and I've waited close to am hour for a response and still nothing.so all in all I've lost 2 hours, money and have my family starving waiting on their food. they not even worth 1 star in my opinion!!! PATHETIC to say the least!!!
