**** of a delivery service

If the was a zero star I would give this ****y delivery company, waited for 1 hour for a driver that send an ssm saying he is outside, when I went outside he was not the, then I received an sms that they could not deliver the food because I did not come outside, the app does not have the drivers details, one can't call him if he is lost. This is a ****. I blame Macdonalds for introducing me to this service
