S****** CRESTA MCD WORST SERVICE

bad service ever. I ordered my food which took over 2 hours and was not even delivered I just received sms's saying they couldn't reach me.the oder was paid for and I left an instruction to say they must leave the food at the reception and they will call me up to fetch the food.I kept on checking the progress of the oder on their site but it kept on saying the driver is on his way and he will wait 10min.after the sms were recieved I tried to search the numbers for scoot on the website but there was nothing.their service is bad and the website is not user friendly.you cant chat to the driver or even call him and they dont have their support customer number on the web.when I asked the lady if the driver reported the matter she said no and the food was picked up from the restuarant and due to covid rules they should dispose the food.so this guys will cancel oders and eat them this is really *******.when I asked for my refund I was told I will receive it after 5 working days.
