Really disappointing and frustrating service

This is the 4th and last time I will order via Scoot. Of the 4 times, I only received my order on time once. I have placed my order 1,5hours ago and I am still waiting. What's more frustrating is that there is no way to contact them. The silly chat service just keeps saying that my order has just been placed.
