Rather order from Mr. Delivery or Uber Eats

We ordered food from Scoot. The driver called my husband while my husband was standing at the gate of the complex. My husband immediately called back, but the driver didn't answer. My husband called 3 times. The driver said he waited 10min in front of the gate but he didn't even come into the complex or answered one of our calls. My number was listed as the second number to call, but I received no calls from the driver. I called the driver 10 times, he declined my calls. I tried to call McDonalds Jean Crossing, but no answer. I tried to talk to one of Scoot's agents, but the website keeps logging me out while I wait to talk to someone. Either the drivers are *****ing customer's food or Scoot is *****ing customer's money.
