Poor service beyond measure, they just took my money

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I had ordered food on this app. The food took forever to come,(basically i never received my order) the apps order tracking system is not reliable. It was stuck on the first stage where it says the order was still being prepared for over 40min. After waiting for the food i got an email saying i was unreachable and the driver had come and left. I received no updates on the driver arriving at my address never mind a call from the driver to say he has arrived. When i contacted support i had no assistance whatsoever, they just asked me to send my address so they could investigate. Till today i have not been called or received my money back.
