Pathetic Service from McDonalds and Scoot.co.za

I ordered and paid for breakfast on Sun Nov 29 2020 at 8: 22 Id: #022956 from McDonalds via Scoot. It's 9:16 and my food has not been prepared according to the portal. This is highly unacceptable as they deducted money from my account yet they aren't able to deliver services we paid for.
