Pathetic Service

I placed an order for delivery just after 19h00, 10 minutes before they should deliver my order, they call to say they can't deliver since their driver's bike broke down and can't even get another driver to deliver my order and were not even willing. I mean I had to wait a good 1 hour before I could get my food, next thing I know it's canceled.
