Pathetic Service

I ordered an Mc Donalds MEAL with an extra hashbrown on the 2nd August of which I paid R 80 for. Upon receiving my order, I received a burger and hot chocolate no sides. Me being pregnant and needing to eat, needless to say how furious I was, considering I needed to eat and also what I paid vs what I got. I immediately sent a complaint to Scoots complaint address and to date I am still awaiting my response of how we will resolve this issue. This is not the first, second or third time I experience these problems. I have been short delivered before, my orders have been wrong and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SCOOT!!! Because they have no interest in their paying customers, at all!! They take your money and no further communication. Their only way to reach them is via email to which no response is received. This is pathetic!!!!! I am done with scoot, they need to tell me how they going to resolve my query and I'm done supporting them!! I will go to places where I am seen as a valued customer!!!
