Not worth the trouble

The driver never arrived at my house so he was clearly at the wrong address, so they discarded my order and said I missed it and they don’t refund! You can only chat with someone on the website, no one to phone, and even though they sorted it out and redelivered, the whole ordeal took over 2 hours... not worth it I’m afraid.
