No Service, Worst delivery service in South Africa

Worst service ever. Ordered at 12:06 and it is now 14:56 and still nothing. There is also no direct contact number. Been using the chat function that is also not working. After a while got a reply from two agents that said that there is a shortage of drivers in the area.
