McDonald's finds new ways to disappoint.

Contrary to popular belief, there is something even less reliable than a McDonald's ice cream machine: the new McDonald's delivery app called Scoot. I have tried to order on 5 different occasions from two different locations and it seems that all the McDonald's franchises in my area are constantly under maintenance.

With Mr Delivery and Uber Eats well established in the same market space, how can you afford to be this bad at service?

What a disappointment.
