McDonalds delivery aka Scoot - do NOT use

It took the 'tracking system' an hour to completely fail my order and mark it as Undelivered: - the delivery s****** assigned stood at the McDonalds Honeyridge store for about 30 minutes. - the delivery person never came to my gate (I checked twice), even when the tracking system showed them 'close' to my address. - I never received any notification on my phone from the delivery person.

I am unable to talk to a person on their 'help system'. They effectively stole my money (I will seek out reimbur*****t) and my patience.
