Incomplete order, unable to contact Scoot

Stay away people, You have no way of contacting them when something goes wrong. All they have is a "chat" that doesn't work.

McDonalds refuses to refund me for the incomplete order because the item is according to them not on the menu and they did notify Scoot.co.za, it is my responsibility to get my refund.

Pathetic, how can you run a business without having contact details???

Will not be using this service ever again
