Horrible service from scoot.co.za. Mc Donald must do something about it

Most disgusting app ever. Bad customer service with no communication skills. All I want is my money back. Their bad live chat are non existence. Their website does no even have support number to show that they are cheats. I wonder why is Mc Donalds even still allowing them to deliver for them.
