Horrible service

Worse service I've ever experienced especially for the newbie I am I don't think I will ever use your services at all I'm very angry, disappointed and hungry. Such a bad day for me ordered and only got an sms that my order was canceled while no one came to my office, I reordered and when I received the sms I went in front so that I don't miss the driver and to my surprise there was no one in front so I decided to take a lift which is the only lift we have so there was no one in there. I decided to go straight to the security and ask to if there was any driver getting lost by any chance to my surprise the security showed me a s****** driver sitting on his s****** under the tree and asked if is it not the one I was looking for and when I approached him he just drove off. I wasted a lot of time when I was trying to avoid by ordering.
