Highly disappointed but its okay

This was my very first order and i liked how my friends always order using this service... I was happy to place a order online withe a free Newbie promo... I specifically added on my instructions that should i not arrived by reception on time to leave with security and its already been paod for by card. The driver calls me and i call bck ro day he can leave with security first floor.

To my surprise i go to security and they said the driver dis not want to scan temperature due to covid regulations and turned back with the food. I chat amd escalate this online they investigated and stated the driver left my food. I was so disappointed and left lt like that and deactivated my account emmediately
