Have you received your order yet ? Mcdonalds

I placed an order on scoot at 19:27. Its now 21:04 and I still have not received any order yet. According the system the order have been delivered but not to my address. The funny thing about all of this is that the driver that's doing the delivery is a regular at our house. So I logged a call and spoke to a chat bot on the Scoot site. I had to wait 22minute before an operator spoke to me. We literally spoke for 2minutes and I had to wait again for 10minutes to only tell me that my order was delivered. This must be the new standard of showing the customer how we value your patronage. Well done McD and Scoot you have truly made my Friday evening spectacular. Ps. its now been 2 hrs that I am waiting how's that for a start to your weekend
