Happy Cape Town Scoot customer

We have ordered more than once from Scoot. More or less at the same time when the other hellopeter reviews users complaint about cancellation of orders our order was cancelled. After trying to get hold of Scoot I turned to hellopeter and was very disappointed and concerned that I will not be refunded. I decided to respond on the email I received with my order no, informing them that the order was cancelled and would like a refund. I am very glad to say that I was refunded a week later. We have ordered again yesterday without any issues.
